- Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property;
- Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works;
- Nice Agreement concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the purposes of the registration of trademarks;
- The World Trade Organization and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO);
- Strasbourg Convention on the unification of certain points of substantive law on patents for invention;
- Strasbourg Agreement concerning the international classification of patents;
- Patent Cooperation Treaty;
- European Patent Convention;
- Budapest Treaty on the international recognition of the deposit of micro-organisms for the purposes of patent procedure;
- Madrid Protocol concerning the international registration of trademarks;
- The Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of International Property Rights (TRIP’s);
- The Singapore Treaty on the law of Trademarks;
- Hague Convention, Abolishing the Requirement of Legislation for Foreign Public Documents; and
