Employment agreement

There are no legal requirements with regard to the form of an employment agreement. The employment agreement can be entered into in writing or verbally. However, for certain provisions (e.g. a penalty clause)  the written form is mandatory. The contract can be entered into for a defined period of time or for an indefinite period.
